The Assam Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Dept has implemented ePDS (Public Distribution System) using Aadhaar POS. Search Ration Card Online
The list of all beneficiaries, ration cardholders can search their RATION CARD number, Name of Family Members, Category etc. Follow the steps given below:-
STEP 1: Visit the official http://164.100.128.97/ERCMSASSAM/mainreports.aspx?r=RPTFPSRcDetails
STEP 2: Select District and Taluka and FPS (Shop) Dealer.
STEP 3: After selection District, Taluka and FPS Shop >> Click on View Report. Now, you will get all the Ration Card holders listed under the FPS Shop.

Link Aadhaar with Ration Card
The Govt. of India, Dept of Food, Civil and Consumer Affairs has asked every Ration Cardholder to link with UIDAI Aadhaar Card Number before 30 September 2020. To link/ seed Aadhaar to Ration card you need to follow steps:
(a) Visit CSC (Common Service Centers) or Open the official portal.
(b) Login to your account.
(c) Click on Link Aadhaar
(d) Enter your Aadhaar Number and Click on SUBMIT.
(e) Verify OTP
(f) Submit.
Note: Now, your Aadhaar is linked to Ration Card.

Apply for New Ration Card in Assam
The NFSA Act was introduced in the year 2013, but before than Assam State was having three types of Ration Card:-
- APL (Above Poverty Line)
- BPL (Below Poverty Line)
- AAY (Antodaya Anna Yojana) beneficiaries under PDS/TPDS.
The Assam State has also its own Category >> MMASY (Mukhya Mantri Anna Suraksha Yojana) Card besides three types of Cards.
After NFSA-2013, The Govt. of Assam has abolished all the Ration Card and now only two types of Card are available:-
- Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) Ration Card
- Priority Household (PHH) Ration Card
Documents Required:
- Detailed particulars of family members
- Copies of birth certificates of minor members(Below 10 years in age)
- Certified copy of the relevant page of Voter List
- Copy of Tax Pay / Land Revenue Pay receipt
- Surrender certificate of Ration Card/Family Identity holding or non-availability certificate from the FCS&CA authority where the applicant previously resided.
- Address Proof (attested copy of PAN Card /Driving License / Bank Passbook / Post Office Passbook /Municipal Holding receipt / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill).

HOW TO APPLY for RATION CARD:
To get new ration card you need to apply using the CSC (Common Service Center) or Visit the Gram Panchayat/ Village Sarpanch/ Head/ Gaon Panchayat President.
STEP 1: Download or Get the New Ration Card form
STEP 2: Fill it completely.
STEP 3: Affix Photo
STEP 4: Submit this form to the Gram Panchayat.
Note: You will soon get your Ration Card.
