Bank of Baroda FASTag Customer Care Number: BOB FASTag is available online. You can order it by filling the Online FASTag Form. From 1 December 2019 onwards, only one Hybrid Lane will be available so, there will be lots of congestion on Cash Lane. If you don’t have FASTag and willing to get into the FASTag Lane, then you have to Pay Double Toll Amount as per Govt. of India, Ministry of Road Transports and Highways (NHAI).
From 1 Jan 2021 onwards, FASTag is mandatory on the National Highways Toll Plaza. At present, there is ONE CASH lane in every NH Toll Plaza (Which Lane is CASH LANE). But from 1 Jan, the Cash Lane will not be available, and all LANE will be converted into Cashless (FASTag). Get your FASTag activate by adding money (above Threshold) otherwise it will be blacklisted.
The Customer who have purchased FASTag from BOB, has to connect with Customer Care of Bank of Baroda for any issue, query or help regarding FASTag. The new customer willing to get FASTag for CAR/ BUS/ TEMPO should visit official Bank of Baroda FASTag website.

The Bank of Baroda has a dedicated toll-free number and email id at which Customer can contact for instant support. In case, you are stuck at Toll Plaza and having sufficient money in BOB FASTag but your Toll is not deducted, then you have to report it or register a complaint against the Toll Plaza. The NHAI, MoRTH is also providing 24×7 helpline/ support to customer in resolveing issue of Toll/ FASTag.
