The Wb.excise.gov.in eRetail Online Order is only available 21+ age and you need Mobile Number to order and Home Delivery The Punjab, Rajasthan, Jharkhand Govt. are planning to start this service soon.
On 4th May 2020, The first day of Lockdown 3.0 People were not following the Social Distancing Rules, so West Bengal Abkari Vibhag started selling Liquor online. The complete process to book order/ Buy Home Deliver of Liquor Bottle, Beer, Desi Madira.
WB Govt. allows Home Delivery of Beer, Liquor
Some of the WhatsApp and Telegram Channel are providing information that Govt of West Bengal is now delivering BEER, LIQUOR to the Home of Customer. They can place orders on Phone Call, SMS or WhatsApp.

From 6 May 2020, West Bengal Excise Dept has started accepting online orders to deliver Liquor to home. In order to Book BEER/ DESI MADIRA/ WINE/ RUM or WHISKEY. You need to follow the steps:-

STEP 1: Go to the official EXCISE (eAbgari/ Abkari) website (https://excise.wb.gov.in)
Note: First of all you need to register. Otherwise you will get ERROR “Mobile Number Not Registered !!” So, Follow the steps given below.
STEP 2: Click on “Sign Up for Registering as Buyer”
STEP 3: Now, you have to read the details required:

- OTP received on provided Mobile Number
- Name – Mr./Mrs./Ms. | First Name | Middle Name (Optional) | Last Name
- Age should be greater than or equal to 21
- Complete postal address
- Nearest Land Mark
- Pin Code
- Email ID (Optional)
- Alternate Mobile Number (Optional)
Click on “APPLY NOW”
In the next step, you have to provide the following details:
a) Authentication
b) Basic Information
c) Buyer Address
d) Submit Application
STEP 4: Enter your Mobile Number and Click on REQUEST for OTP. You will get the OTP Verification code on your mobile number.
STEP 5: Enter the following details:
- Name of the Buyer * :
- Gender Type * :
- Date of Birth * : * (Age should be greater than or equal to 21)
- Mobile No. *:
- WhatsApp No. :
- Alternate Mobile No. :
- Enter Alt Mob No.
- Email Id :
STEP 6: Enter the Buyer Address

Finally SUBMIT the Form.
After that, you can LOGIN and ORDER ONLINE.
