Delhi Police Constable PET/ PST 2019: Department of Police, Delhi announces a fresh vacancy of total 5000 Executive Constable Vacancy. The selection in Constable consists of CBT Written Test, Physical Endurance Test, Physical Standard Test, and Medical Test. In this article, we are providing the Male and Female Physical Test requirement for Delhi Police Constable Post.

The Physical Test consists of the following events:-

PET: Long Jump, High Jump, Running
PST: Height, Weight, Chest (Only for Male candidates)

Candidate applying in Delhi Police Constalbe has to qualify PET and PST. There is no marks so it will not make difference in merit list. Just you need to clear Delhi Constable (Executive) Physical Test.

Delhi Police Constable Physical Test (PET/ PST) 2019

Delhi Police Recruitment Cell (DPRC) will conduct Physical Endurance and Standard Test after conducting the Computer-Based Test (CBT). The candidate qualifying in the PET/ PST has to download “Admit Card” and check the PST/ PST Physical Test Center.

Male	170 Cms	5 cms (165 cms) for residents of hill areas i.e. Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to states of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunanchal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, and Leh & Ladakh regions of J&K. (Candidates claiming this relaxation would have. to produce a certificate to this effect (Hill area certificate) from the competent authority i.e. DC/DM/SDM or Tehsildar of their place of residence at the time of Physical Measurement Test). 5 cms(165 cms) for ST candidates. 5 cms (165cms) in case of sons of either serving, retired or deceased Delhi Police personnel/Multi-Tasking Staff of Delhi Police
Female	157 Cms	2 cms for residents of hill areas i.e. Garhwalis, Kumaonis Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging ta states ■ of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunanchal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Leh & Ladakh regions of J&K. (Candidates claiming this relaxation would have to produce a certificate to this effect (Hill area certificate) from the competent authority i.e. DC/DM/SDM or Tehsildar of their place of residence at the time of Physical Measurement Test). 2 cms for SC/ST candidates 5 cms for daughters of either serving, retired or deceased Delhi Police personnel/Multi-Tasking Staff of Delhi Police.

CHEST (Only for male candidate):-

Minimum 81 cms (with a minimum of 4 cms expansion)

Relaxable by:

5 cms for residents of HUl areas as above.
5 cms for ST candidates retired or deceased Delhi Police
5 cms for sons of either serving, re personnel/Multi-Tasking Staff of Delhi Police.

Physical Endurance Test (PET)

Note:-

Those who qualify in the race will be eligible to appear in Long jump and then High Jump. The Long Jump and High Jump are to be cleared in any one of the three chances that will be given. There shall be no appeal against disqualification in the race, Long jump & High jump.
Physical Measurement Test shall be taken only of those who qualify the Endurance Tests.

Note: The Female candidate who is pregnant at the time of PET and PST may not be allowed to participate in the Physical Endurance Test (PET). Her Physical Endurance Test may be conducted after “the period of confinement” and till then result of such cases may be kept in the sealed cover.
