- प्रदत कार्य एवं प्रतिपुष्टि – विद्यालय स्तरीय नियमितता एवं समयबद्धता, वर्तनी उच्चारण एवं सुलेख सुधार के आधार पर निर्धारित करना होगा।
- व्यक्तिगत गुण एवं अभिवृत्तियों पर आधारिरत गतिविधियां – व्यक्तिगत गुण एवं अभिवृत्तियां, स्वास्थ्य एवं शारीरिक शिक्षा, स्वच्छता, संगीत, कला एवं नाटक आदि विद्यालय स्तरीय गतिविधियों के आधार पर अंक दिये जानें है।
- उपस्थिति – नियमितता, (70 प्रतिशत या उससे अधिक उपस्थिति होने पर) अनुशासन, स्वच्छता आदि के आधार पर |
86 से 100 = 5 अंक
76 से 85 = 4 अंक
71 से 75 = 3 अंक
60 से 70 = 2 अंक (केवल उन विद्यार्थियों के लिये जिन्हें संस्थाप्रधान द्वारा 10 प्रतिशत दिये है|)
3. संस्थाप्रधान द्वारा उपरोक्तानुसार कम्प्यूटर में एक्सल सीट तैयार कर हार्ड कॉपी प्रमाणित कर व सोफ्ट कॉपी परीक्षा केन्र को जमा करवायेगें। परीक्षा. केन्द्राधीक्षक Email: [email protected] करते हुए उनके अधीन आने वाले समस्त विद्यालयों के सत्रांक एकत्रित कर संग्रहण केन्द्र के माध्यम से समस्त हार्ड कॉपीयां व समेकित सोफ्ट कॉपी डाइट को भेजेंगे। पेपर साइज लीगल व लैन्डस्कोप का उपयोग करेगें।
4. इन निर्देशों के अलावा किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या या शंका होने पर संग्रहण केन्द्र, संस्था प्रधान अथवा डाइट के प्रधानाचार्य से दूरभाष संख्या 0151-2970332 पर सम्पर्क करें। डाइट में कन्ट्रोल रूप प्रात: 9 बजे से सायं 6 बजे तक कार्य करेगा। अपरिहार्य परिस्थितियों में प्राचार्य के मोबाइल नम्बर 9414824735 प्रभारी के मोबाइल नम्बर 9414012899 पर बात कर समस्या का निराकरण किया जा सकता है।
