The English & Foreign Language University (EFLU) offering admission [ENGLISH LANGUAGE] to undergraduate language courses, postgraduate and Ph.D. courses to the eligible candidates.It is the only university dedicated to the teaching and learning of foreign languages in India. To give admission to the eligible candidates EFLU conducting entrance exam for admission to various courses.The online application process for admission will begin from the expected date 20th January 2020.

The English & Foreign Language University (EFLU) is a Central University located in Hyderabad. EFLU was established in 1958 by an Act of Parliament and it became a Central University in 2007.The University is formerly known as the Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages.EFLU is designed to give knowledge of English and foreign languages, along with their literature, organization of research, training of teachers, production of teaching materials, and extension services.It is the only university in India dedicated to the teaching/learning of foreign languages. EFLU has 3 campuses in Hyderabad, Lucknow & Shillong.

The cut-off marks for the entrance tests for admission to all Undergraduate, Postgraduate, the three Teacher Education courses (B.Ed., PGDTE, and PGDTA), as well as the Postgraduate Diploma in Translation course are as follows:
- Unreserved category: 50%
- OBC category : 45%
- SC/ST/PWD category: 30%
The cut-off marks for the entrance tests for admission to all doctoral programmes, as per UGC (1stAmendment) Regulations, 2018, are as follows:
- Unreserved/OBC (creamy layer) category: 50%

EFLU Admission Eligibility criteria
- Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks. (45% marks for SC/ST) with
