Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan on 20 June 2020 at 11 AM onwards. This will benefit around 25000 people who have lost Jobs due to COVID-19 Lockdown. The Official Portal and Mobile App will accept online registration from Migrant Workers/ Labour/ Shramik. The Skill Mapping Online will ensure that you get the Right Jobs as per your education and experience.
The Mobile App will be developed by National Informatics Centers (NIC, New Delhi) also the website will be launched on 20 June 2020. The Portal will be www.pmgaribkalyanrojgar.gov.in or nic.in. We will update this as soon as we get the website name.
PM Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan Jobs Sectors
People will get jobs in the following ministries/ sectors. You need to have a valid Job Card (NREGA) or PM Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan Job Card. The Govt. of India has also approved Rs 50,000 crores Fund for this Yojana.
Within 125 days, the State Govt has to complete the target of providing jobs to 25000 Migrant People or those who have lost Jobs in COVID-19.
