REET 2020 Eligibility (Age Limit, Degree, Education, Reservation): Board of Secondary Education (BSER) Ajmer is all set to release total 21000 3rd Grade Teachers Vacancy in January 2020. Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers is a common recruitment cum eligibility test for the Level-I and Level-II teachers recruitment in Rajasthan State.
The candidate must note that you have to qualify minimum eligibility criteria i.e age limit, education qualification of REET-2020. Without which your application form is rejected in any point of time.
REET 2020 Eligibility

The student passed in 12th class and have BSTC certificate can apply for Level-I teachers and if are graduate and B.Ed then you can apply for Level-II (Class 6th to 8th). Education Qualification
The level-1 is for the candidates, who are looking to teach Class I to Class V and level-2 is for the teachers who want to teach Class VI to Class VIII. So the eligibility is also different.
Level-I REET 2020 Eligibility
The candidate willing to teach Class-I to Class-V has to appear in REET-2020 Level-I (प्रथम स्तर). Below is the education qualification required.
सामान्य शिक्षक/ General Teacher
a) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year
Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name was known) OR
b) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulation, 2002 OR
c) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
d) Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
Special Teacher/ विशेष शिक्षक हेतु
For the special subject teacher, the minimum education qualification is given below.
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Level-II REET 2017 Eligibility
The candidate who are eligible and willing to teach Class VI to Class VIII has to appear in Level-II of REET 2020. Please find the minimum education qualification given below.
General Teacher/ सामान्य शिक्षक
a) Graduation and passed or appearing in final of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR
b) Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed. passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
c) Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1 year B.Ed. passed or appearing in final year of 2 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR
d) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
e) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A. Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
Special Teacher/ विशेष शिक्षक हेतु
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).
REET 2020 Age Limit (Updated)
As per the REET 2017 and REET 2015, there is no age limit (upper). The minimum age limit is 17 years as per Govt Laws. Please check the official notification, REET 2020 information of age limit or relaxation of age on the basis of TSP/ Non-TSP area.
The minimum age limit required for Level-I or Level-II teacher is as per the REET-2020 notification. There is no information of the minimum age limit. Check REET 2017 age limit & relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC Male and Female candidates.
