Dear sir/mam, I have booked Ayatana Coorg resort worth Rs 24000 under 10% cashback offer on 11th April 2021 through CRED app. I have not received my 10% cashback yet even after multiple queries to cred support team. I think, customer care executives have been thought to reply with same statement ” we have forwarded your query to the concerned team and they will get back to you”. Its been almost two months of torture to write to CRED team every week and get same reply every time. My complaint ticket number is #1393408 which is active since 19th April 2021. Akshara P
