Airtel extreme XStream plan 999. I applied on 8th August 2020. I paid through sbi debit card to airtel filling all fields. I read a failure message after some time. For 5 days I am waiting for a refund. No response at all.
Bangalore local manager Mr. Sridhar called me and told it will come automatically and to pay again.
Pl help me to get my refund.
