Complaint Regarding the Subscription of SonyLiv

Yesterday on 11th aug, 2020 I bought a subscription of 6 months for ₹699 from sonyliv, entered all the details in my tv and the money got debited from my account immediately but still I am not being shown subscribed in sonyliv. Either refund my money or get me subscibed in for the amount I HAVE ALREADY PAID.
