Credit Card Blocked due to Amount Pending at CRED App

I am already paid my credit card payment through your cred date-05.12.2020. But this amount is not transfer in our credit card your aside. You are showing payment pending in your cred. My credit card has blocked.

Please confirm what happened.

You need to send your Phone Number, Email ID registered with CRED to [email protected] and [email protected].
The Customer Service team will look into it. Also, you can create a Support Ticket on CRED App to get Help.
