On 30th Nov 2020, While doing payment of my Credit card payment. There were 2 Debit of Rs 10833/ from my Account and One Credit to Credit Card account.I have complained thru online SMS System through App(Support), However, still, the issue is not resolved. As there is a facility of Customer Care Hence not able to speak to anyone from Cred about my Concern. It’s almost 8 Days and I don’t know where is my money gone. Very bad experience and extremely poor Customer Response system. Plz, resolve my issue immediately.

Below is our suggestion:-
- Call to Customer Care of your Bank and ask about the Payment/ Status. Report/ REgister complaint regarding (double Payment).
If the Payment is successful. then you need to call the CRED App Customer Service. Report it online/ Submit ticket.
You will be supported.
