I placed grocery order on 02-Jul and JioMart failed to deliver order. Since then I have been chasing them for refund and no one has cared to respond. This is the THE MOST PATHETIC service. I will make sure to never return to JioMart and none from my acquaintance will ever order from such horrible organization.
