I had ordered on 12th July 2020 (order number:15945413319159545M) I had a talk at night with the delivery personnel who informed me that he couldn’t reach me. He had informed me that he will be delivering it the next day. However, I did not get it by next day as informed. Later, a refund status was initiated without any intimation where I get Rs 439only in response to the order amount of RS 1282. I had informed through mail to the jiomart team which had asked me to send the screenshot of the details which I was prompt to send. However, till now I have not got any mail from their side regarding the address of my issue as well as their customer care number doesn’t connect to any customer care executive. While doing online registration we are forced to do things to prove we are not robots why this is not the same from the other side. Please do the needful.
