I am Poornima. I ordered groceries on 25.06.20 in jio mart for 751.50 rupees. The order was not placed. But my money was debited from my account. I sent many times mail to jio mart. There was no proper response. Again I called to customer care. After waiting a long period then only call is connected. They ask me all details about the order and told me wait for 7days for refund. It is a very worst experience to me.
