I have placed an PREPAID Order for 9 items for Rs.682.99/- vide order no. 15958306159025532M Dt.27.07.2020 NON DELIVERY OF ITEMS, AND NO REFUND RECEIVED FOR PREPAID AMOUNT, which has been cancelled by system on 31.07.2020. But It is very ridiculous that while checking in WhatsApp, Order Status of above reference is shown as CANCELLED, Whereas DATE OF DELIVERY is shown as 29.07.2020. But NO ITEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED AS PER ABOVE ORDER (Which is actually CANCELLED by system). Again the Status on Website is also CANCELLED and NO REFUND IS INITIATED TILL NOW EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS.
