JioMart Order placed but not delivered

Dear Team,
On 16th June 2020 I have purchased the grocery product of rupees 2167.20 from Jio Mart. I have already done the payment against it from Paytm UPI. Order placed successfully. After that when I checked my order details then it’s not showing on Jio Mart.
Kindly help me on urgent basis. If not placed then return my amount as soon as possible.
I am waiting for your reply and delivery of the product.
