Money got deducted and no order placed

I would request you to check that i have placed two orders.
First payment of ₹ 1768 on 16 june 07:05 pm through Canara Bank Debit Card.(Contact no-99xxxxx09)
Second payment i have done from different account with BHIM UPI Transaction Id -017021259193 of Amount ₹672(Contact no-989xxxx023).
I want to know when will i get refund i have mailed you 2-3 times still i m not getting proper reply.I want my money back asap.
