I have paid your subscription charge of Rs199/yearly for playing kbc play along on 29-09-2020 though Paytm but I realize that I cannot play KBC gold irrespective of playing KBC regular .so l want to resolve my problem so that I can take part in KBC gold

To participate in KBC PAG, you need to update the App (If already) Kindly logout >> Stop the App >> Clear the Cache >> Login Again. You will surely able to get the full benefit of SOnyLive Subscription and play KBC Play Along Gold.
