My subscription plan is not activated on Sony Liv App

I have paid for Sony Liv my subscription plan for a premium pack of Rs. 999/- for 365 days on the date of 28/09/2020 till today it is not activated (plan) when I open the app (Sony Liv) on the screen shows update new version, so I update the app but till today it is not activated, and I paid subscription plan amount with Net Banking of Google pay please solve the problem as soon as possible, I won’t play KBC Play Along Gold with Sony Liv app.
