Hello, Have just activated my HDFC credit card and tried to pay my payment which is due tomorrow and the amount of 98,900 debited from my Kotak bank account but the transaction failed as per your app to credit to my credit card account. My amount is due tomorrow. ORDER ID is M2D16DN18M. Please refund the amount ASAP as I need to pay the due for tomorrow. There is no option in the CRED club to register complaints.
