Payment deducted but plan not activated

I am a new subscriber to sonyliv app. On 29.10.20, I made a monthly subscription payment of Rs 299/- . The amount was debited from my account but the subscription failed due to some technical issues. I made another payment of Rs. 299/- which was successful. Now, my subscription is active but Rs. 299/- which have been paid twice has not been credited to my account. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
