Payment not credited in my CC

I wanted to bring my issue to your attention. that payment which i made on 29th May 21 for 33K towards my TATA CC (SBI) has not been settled yet (Query raised #1605805) and i am not getting a proper response from the CRED support team. They keep on saying this will be settled in 3 Working days. i need to know why this is not settled instantly where i could see the payment 8K which i made for the same CC has been settled in 8 seconds on 30th May. Why the 33K transaction has not been settled. I have crossed the payment date and i will be having a CIBIL impact and will incur some penalty from my bank. This is something that make me to lose the trustworthy on CRED. i really worried for choosing this CRED to make a transaction.
