Prepaid Order Placed on Jio Mart but Products not received and its showing delivered

I had placed order on Fraud Company Jio Mart on 01/08/2020 which is showing delivered on 7/08/20 but its not delivered nor i received the money. more then 100 complain i had registered but still no response but on 28-09-20 i had talk with senior executive he assure me i will get the refund on 29-09-20 and also given me the floor manager number 9004398919 from where the product is delivered. I had talk with once and after that he is also not receiving any call. I think so in this company all are fraud no one have any shame and responsibility. 07-08-20 to till now more then 150 assurance is given to me but all are fail. all are lier and fraud. No one can ever though a brand of Reliance is doing all this. I will never ever place are refer to any one to place order on jiomart.
