Refunding Jeecup admission fee

Sir i am Arjun Singh Rathore my roll number 5361127And application no 20030032525 in first round councelling i got S.J pharmacy Institute of pharmacy and i deposit full admission fee (45000) but misfortune i could not take admission and i filled withdrawal from councelling but i did not get my admission fee on date 18/12/2020 . In jeecup important notice show admission fee will transfer applicant banck account on date 15/12/2020 but till now no money will transfer in my bank account. Regarding to this matter i done many time mail to jeecup but no one response to my mail and also made call to helpline number. no one pick up phone so please help me for the refunding of the admission fee as soon as. Thank you
