Regarding refund process

I purchased monthly subscription of sony liv on my computer through google pay . As shown on internet i went to ‘My Purchase’ and clicked to cancel but still my plan is not cancelled and money is not refunded. Please tell me how do I get my money back. I don’t have sony liv app in my mobile due to storage issues so please tell me how can I request for refund on computer.
