Hello Sir, I am using PayTM Fastag on my Car. The Toll-Plaza at Jaipur Sikar Highway is RFID is not working. So what is the use of FASTag. Please solve my issue. I am complaining about Toll-Plaza service.

As you are facing issue with the RFID Scanner/ Handheld device at Toll-Plaza so you need to report it to the incharge of Toll-Plaza. If he/ she is not ready to help you. You can always reach to the NHAI Toll-Plaza Customer Care support for that. Paytm is not responsible for the RFID Scanners. If there is any issue in the FASTag, you can report it to the PayTM Tag Department. Good day.
