I have registered for KBC Playalong gold app.by paying ₹999/- on 10th Nov.2020.But I find that the option is deactivated from my mobile no.74xxxx188 without any intimation.Please let me know the reason and restore the option.

Which mode you have activated for the Account Renewal (i.e. PayTM, Google Play, App Store, Credit Card etc.).
