I am a subscriber but am unable to watch premium content on my android phone

Hi Team,
I am having active subscription of LIV Premium till 24th July 2021 but not able watch any premium content it gives me a error saying
“you have reached the limit of concurrent premium content that can be watched on this account”
 I have removed all the device where my account was using, now it is available on my android phone device but still i am facing the same issue.
