Sony Liv Susbricption – not activated, currently says subscription cancelled

Dear Sir

Last evening, I had subscribed for the SonyLiv app through Amazon fire paying an Annual subscription of Rs 749.25.  The premium services have not been activated, every time I attempt to log in, it says ‘pay for premium service’.

I called up Amazon Customer Care, and they mentioned that the plan is active and I need to reach out to SonyLiv Customer care. Kindly sort the issue.

There are three Subscription Plan at SonyLIV App

  1. LIV Premium
  2. Special+
  3. Special 

Please check.
