Subscription amount double payment

I am a new subscriber to sonyliv app. On 20.10.20, I made a monthly subscription payment of Rs 299/- . The amount was debited from my account but the subscription failed due to some technical issues. I made another payment of Rs. 299/- which was successful. Now, my subscription is active but Rs. 299/- which have been paid twice has not been credited to my account. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

As your 1st Payment was failed. You need to contact your bank. Check the status of Payment, if payment is not reversed.
