Subscription related issues

Hello Team,

I have no idea which team supports these complaints as I have already sent several emails to Liv Support and other email address. I have been sending emails since Oct as my subscription is not working for Sony Liv and I paid for it twice. One in Sep and another payment got deducted in Oct and till now I have got no resolution.
This is highly unprofessional and can’t be expected this kind of worse customer experience from such a brand name.
