Twice deduction from savings account for Credit Card Payment @CRED App

Dear Sir/ Mam, I made a payment of credit card on a mobile app cred and it says transaction failed, but money debited from my account. Now the app team refuses to refund. What should I do? My transaction failed but my money has been deducted from my account. How do I get it back into my account? my money deducted two times… and a one-time transaction failed and the second time successfully transaction But both the time my money deducted and showing my net banking how do I get back my money.

Sorry for the issue faced on CRED App. Regarding the Failed Transaction, the amount will be credited back to your Bank in 72 working hours.  Please do contact your bank and report the SAME.
For a Successful transaction, your Credit Card bill will be made. Please check CREDIT CARD statement/ CRED App status. In case, your payment is not reflecting in CREDIT CARD. Please register Complaint/ Ticket at CRED App or Contact Customer Service. Your issue will be resolved. Good day.
