WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED via CRED App

Dear Sir / Madam, I have ordered the product Boat Airpods 402 Blue (order id LGDJE851P02R ) through the CRED app which is registered in my name Vivek (989xxxxx50). It was shipped through a ship rocket company and delivered to me via Xpressbee via no. AWB:141123215282324 on 31/05/2021 by delivery agent MOHIT 9xxxx7896 When I opened the product I was strange to find white color pods inside the box although I had ordered blue and the box also mentioned it as BLUE color. When I checked the product it seemed to be an old / used one. I contacted Xpressbee they told me to contact who have send the parcel. Pls help Please try to find out the wrong in this and help me to get the product replaced or refund my money. BILL ATTACHED for reference and images of box and the received product attached.
