Goa Civil Supplies Portal is dedicated to AePDS, TPDS and ePDS distribution of Ration. Also, the License of Fair Price Shop is given by Goa Civil Supplies.

The Resident of Goa, having Ration Card can also avail the benefit of One Nation One Ration Card  (ONORC Scheme). You just need to Seed Aadhaar Card Number with Ration Card. You can register/ apply online to link Aadhaar No to Ration Card.

Goa One Nation One Ration Card (ONOR)

Goa State is part of One Nation One Ration Card Yojana (Scheme) launched by the Finance Minister Mrs. Nirmala Sitaraman in May 2020. The Govt. of India, Food and Public Distribution Department has setup new portal called “Integrated Management Public Distribution System” that shows all Ration Card who has got benefit of Ration from other states.

Link Aadhaar with Ration Card (Seeding)

The ONORC Scheme is now active from 1 June 2020. To get the benefit of One Nationa One Ration Card all the existing Ration Card holder has to seed their Aadhaar Card Number with the Ration Card.

From 1 June 2020, Govt. has launched ONE NATION ONE RATION CARD scheme. To link the Ration Card with Aadhaar, last date is 30 September 2020.

The Resident of Goa State can apply for New Ration Card to any of the below schemes as per the Annual Income:-

To apply for NFSA Ration Card, the family Annual income is below Rs. 50000 (Rs. 1,20,000 for SC/ST) are eligible to apply for ration cards under NFSA act.

Note: If Households having Annual income above Rs.5,00,000 are not eligible to apply for ration card.

To apply for a new Ration Card in Goa State, you have to visit the Gram Panchayat Office. Download “New Ration Card” Form Online (PDF). In the form you need to provide the following details:

Documents & Forms

1. Application affixing the non-judicial stamp of Rs.20/- on application from the head of the family on plain paper addressed to the Inspector of Civil Supplies.
2. Original Cancellation Certificate/Negative Certificate from the previous place of residence.
3. If the applicant produced a negative certificate to file a Self Declaration with a photograph of applicant signed across stating that no ration card is issued in any part of India nor the name is included in any ration card in any part of India.
4. House tax receipt
5. If residing on rent to produce NOC/Self Declaration with photograph signed across from house owner stating that there is no objection for allotting the house member.
6. Aadhar No. of all family members
7. Bank Account details of the head of eldest lady member such as bank name, A/c No, MICR/IFSC code etc. if not bank details of the eldest male member may be obtained and mobile number.
8. Birth Certificate of all members.

Also, you will get to know the NFSA Beneficiary List 2021. All you need to know, Goa District, Taluka, Village, and your Ration Card Category, FPS Name.

To know Goa Ration Card List Online, Follow the steps given below:-

Step 1: You need to visit http://goacivilsupplies.gov.in/ (This is the official website of Goa Ration Card List 2021).

Step 2: On the Menu Bar >> Hover to the “E-Citizen” and then Click on “Know your Ration Card” as given in the photo below.

Step 3: Click on the District (North or South Goa). To get list of all Taluka.

Step 4: Now, you need to click on the Taluka of your Village.
