Dept of Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies, Andhra Pradesh look after the Public Distribution of Ration, LPG and other essential items under the NDSA Act 2013. Andhra Pradesh (AP) is has created online Grievance Cell to manage the complaints registered by the consumers.
In the COVID-19 Epidemic, the Govt. of India has launched “Garib Kalyan Package” under which for 5 Months till 31 July 2020, the NFSA, BPL, AAY, SBPL category cardholder will get Free Ration 5 KG per head per month and 2 KG Daal per card per month.

Respected sir/madam, My name is ashritha and I’m a resident of Nellore (district), chittamuru (mandal), yellore (village). Here our ration Dealer is not providing regular ration to us. Whenever we go for ration he’s saying that the machine isn’t working. He’ll provide ration only 3 days in a month and sometimes he won’t be home in those 3 days too. Many people in our village are suffering a lot with our ration Dealer reckless behavior. When we question him about the ration he’ll some reckless answers.kindly help our village people with this issue. Thank you. |

So many ration cards issuing not eligible criteria my village all government and Central Government employee is also applying for new ration cards those peoples issuance new ration card how to eligible for Central Government employees in defense so many normal peoples reject ration card I don’t know I am not understanding those process how to give in-state and Central Government employees including army peoples |
