The Food, Civil and Consumer Affairs Assam has established a Grievance Cell that will resolve all the issue and problem resident are facing in getting RATION. At the time of Coronvirus Lockdown, PM Modi has announced Garib Kalyan Package that entitled NFSA, BPL, AAY Card holders free RATION (5 KG Wheat/ Rice) per member per month and 2 Kg Chana/ Daal per ration card.

It is a PDS Public Grievance Redressal Cell-Call Center is a physical place, which works 9 AM to 6 PM, where anybody can make telephone calls to 1967(BSNL)/ 1800-345-3611 (Tollfree number) and can give their complaints to PDS Public Grievance Redressal Cell-Call Center.

Now the ration card ward in my late grandmas names and now it is in my father name so my complaint is that when 35 kg rice has been written in ration card and we have got only 32 kg when 30 kg has wrote we got only 28 kg sir why it is

There is only Rs 20 form available at the Panchayat Ghar. You can contact the Gram Sevak/ Office to apply for Rasan Card.
