I want to use my SBI credit card but unable to do so as the payment is not settled. COuld you please help as i need to use my card on an urgent basis. Why the payment is not yet settled and how pathetic the app is as there is no customer care number to talk to?

Also, check if there is setting in CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS (That you only can deposit via your own account linked to credit card). Note: You should call the Bank Customer Care and ask the issue. We also suggest you to register a ticket on CRED App.

Hi cred team, I had made a payment of 14183/- to my credit card on 17 April 2021 through the CRED app. The amount got deducted from my bank account and the payment failed. Since then I have been calling to the bank and contacting ur customer care on emails(Apparently you do not have call service available). I paid my SBI credit card payment through CRED app .Amount was deducted from my bank but didn’t reflect in my SBI credit card.
