I have purchased a sewage pump online, invoice enclosed in May 2022, the pump is not working, I have raised the service issue vide Request No:2208019752/01 assigned to AHMAD ELECTRIC WORKS-7234973963. -Crompton. The engineer visited but is asking for warranty card though I have produced invoice to him and denied service on want of warranty card only, I have tried to search the same in box but it wasn’t there
