Sun Factory Mobile App is launched in India during the COVID-19 Lockdown.  Some of the users shared this App to Earn Commission by Adding more and more members. It was like MLM. Some users are not getting money back, withdrawal issue. Binding PAN or Aadhaar Card etc. News Channels i.e. Aaj Tak, TV 9 Bharatvarsh said that this is a FAKE App and Some Chinese Developers are targetting Indians. The Scam was exposed in Uttarakhand after some user has complained to Police for not getting Money Back. Similar App Power Bank is also launched providing online recharge, MultiLevel Marketing, Bogus Promotion, Fake Recharge etc.

What Actually Sun Factory App Do?

As per the users, after installing Sun Factory. It will ask to register your profile. You need to provide:

Name:
DOB:
Gender:
Email ID
Phone Number

After this, you will get OTP in your phone to verify your profile.  After verification, the APP will ask to bind PAN Card, Adhaar Card id.

Initially, you will get some money in your Online Wallet. After some days this amount will increase and you will be asked to deposit more to earn more. This time also your money will be increase but this is not happening to all uses.

Police Complaint Sun Factory Fraud/ Scam:-

To register online complaint to Cyber Security, you need to visit the nearest police station and submit your complaint against SUN FACTORY.

The Police has arrested few people who are connected with this MLM Scam.

Helpdesk & Complaint Sun Factory App

To register a complaint, there is no official helpdesk or Support mobile number/ Toll-free number. You just need to be aware not to deposit money in the Sun Factory App. If your money is lost. Kindly complain to Cyber Security Cell or Police Station.
