Hi Veerendra Damodar, As payement is successful, as per WAZIRX UPI Deposits – Your account will be credited within a couple of hours if the UPI status is successful IMPS/NEFT/RTGS – At the moment, you should consider 72 working hours as the maximum time it will take for IMPS/NEFT/RTGS deposits to reflect. Most deposits happen in a much shorter time (even 1 hour). Please try and avoid contacting the support team unless your deposit has not reflected for more than 72 hours.

Please make the credit facility fast into the exchange. The money is debited 24Hrs ago and still not credited to the trading account. This is not good for an exchange please normalize this transactions as this is not the way a exchange works
Same with me, the exchange is nt resolving the issues even after few hours of complaint. This is not a good momentum for an exchange like wazirx which had a long a way to go.
How can I talk to customer care? Is there any support available to guide account opening and verification etc.? Pl. advise.

2FA rest problem not resolved after sending the required documents to the concerned email send by the support cell of wazirx

Complete documents attached as per requirements to reset the 2FA with reply to the email sent by wazirx support cell with ticket id 1255525 on 25 may 2021 at 1915 hrs.

For 2FA reset wazirx support send me a mail for sending penelty amount of $15 or 225 trx(tron). I want to know is it valid address or fake. This is email id WazirX Support
Kindly look into the matter of money transaction specially money adding to wazirx is failed so many times but money deducted from bank account is not returned back not within 7 days nor at all.
