Now I have got a call from one of your Director, who take care of Bangal, Odisha. But I can’t understand how the person behaved with me. How you are managing the system. If you can’t answer my questions. Then you start misbehaving to the parents. Sorry it’s not acceptable.
How can I cancel my class
The helpdesk staff is not good at all. The way of dealing with parents not at all good. They just keep on reciting what it has been taught to them while addressing the concern of their child.
Whitehat jr is not stopping the EMI and refunding the amount, it was supposed to stopped by February but till now EMI has not stopped and not refunding . Mail they are not answering properly, just writing we will get back to you . There is no phone no where customer can call, just all fraud d’ not know how to stop.
