      DS00014920377, DS00014937839, DS00014938301, DS00014938317, DS00014938393, DS00014938412, DS00014938464, DS00014938964 & OTHERS

      The above orders were placed by me online on Dealshare and I was assured that they would be delivered to me in 3-4 days. I have been continuously tracking my order on my mobile and telephone helpline. I was assured that my orders will be delivered today. But to my surprise I have been informed both through SMS and helpline that all my orders have been delivered on 29.03.2020 (Sunday).

      As you are aware that due to lock-down we are facing a lot of problems in procurement of essential goods. Moreover, we have been patiently waiting for supply since last 5 days and on inquiries we were told by the lady on helpline that issue will be resolved in next 4-5 days. You will appreciate that we cannot postpone delivery of items ordered inordinately.

      In view of the above you are requested to resolve our issue immediately and arrange supply of items ordered by us today itself.
