UK Pravasi Migrant Registration: The Uttarakhand Govt, DSCL has created a portal for the online registration of People who want to Return to UK/ Going Out from UK to other states i.e. Punjab, Haryana, UP, Bihar, MP, Rajashtan, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Telangana, Karnataka etc.

Due to the COVID-19 Lockdown in India. People were not allowed to move from one place to other. The Migrant (Students, Majdur,  Tourist, Employee, Pilgrims and other people) were asking to go to their Home. On 29th April 2020, Ministry of Home Affairs has given orders to State to allow the people to go to their homes.

Here is the complete process that you can follow to register in Uttarakhand Govt. Site (Pravasi Majdur/ Students coming or Going Out).

STEP 1: Go to the http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in/ (Direct Link is given below)

STEP 2: Now, If you are Going Out of Uttarakhand then you need to Click “प्रवासी पंजीकरण – उत्तराखंड से अन्य राज्य जाने के लिए” OR if you are want to RETURN in UK. Please click on “प्रवासी यात्रा पंजीकरण (COVID-19)”

STEP 3: The following details are required to fill.

Instructions:
1. OTP will be sent to your mobile for verification.
2. Anyone who wants to move outside Uttarakhand to other states is required to register by filling up the form.
3. Disclaimer: Travel is only possible after the decision of Government.
4. Do not use Country Code while entering Mobile No.
