Khadya Nagrik Aapurti evam Upbhokta Vibhag, Chhattisgarh Department is responsible to implement the National Food Security Act -2013 and various other Scheme PM Garib Kalyan Package (i.e. Free Ration at the time of Corona Lockdown). To apply for new Ration Card in Chhattisgarh State, you have to visit the Gram Panchayat Office. Download “New Ration Card” Form Online (PDF). In the form you need to provide the following details:

Link Adhaar with Ration Card
To get the benefit of One Nationa One Ration Card. You need to link Aadhaar Card Number with the Ration Card. The Chhattisgarh also ask the consumer to add Aadhaar Number so that you can avail free ration anywhere in India i.e. UP, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Haryana.
From 1 June 2020, Govt. has launched ONE NATION ONE RATION CARD scheme. To link the Ration Card with Aadhaar, last date is 30 September 2020.
