Delhi School Education Board conducts Delhi TET (DTET) also known as Delhi Teacher Eligibility Test for Class I to V and Class VI to VIII teacher recruitment as ber NCERT rules of 2011. All the candidate willing to apply for teaching jobs in Delhi has to qualify the Delhi TET Examination. The DTET Certificate is issued on the successful qualifying the Delhi TET 2021 exam.

Delhi TET 2020-21 Fill Application Form Online

Department of School Education of Delhi will release the notice for DTET 2021 very soon. It is a compulsory examination for all the candidates. The candidates who are interested in the job of the teacher can apply for this. After passing Delhi TET 2021 only, candidates will get the job of the teacher in government and private schools.The Government of Delhi is the regulating body for the conduct of Delhi Teachers Eligibility Test. The exam is conducted as per the rules and regulations in accordance with the central regulating authorities. The Delhi Teachers Eligibility Test is also known as DTET. DTET is for such candidates who wish to become teachers for Class I – V and Class VI-VIII in Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates who are interested in the job of teachers must fulfil the following criteria:

• Candidates must be Indian Citizen
• He/she must be a resident of Delhi.
• He/she must pass the class 12th with minimum of 45% marks.
• Or 4-year’s Bachelor of Elementary Education
• Or 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
• For Upper Primary Section (VI – VIII)
  • 4-year B.Sc. Ed/ B. A or B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed with the minimum of 50%.

Age limit:

• • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Maximum age: 35 years

There are two papers in DTET 2021. These papers are Paper I and Paper II. The exam pattern of these papers are as follows:

DTET Application Form 2021

The candidates will fill the application form on the official portal. Before applying for it, candidates must have valid e-mail id. They will get their registration ID and password on the mail id only. In the application form, all personal and education details must be filled correctly.
