Jan Sahayak Mobile App: Haryana Govt. has launched Help Me Mobile App Jan Sahayak to help the people at the time of Corona Lockdown to order Online Medicine, Book Bank Slot, Cash Home Delivery, Ambulance Booking, Ration Order – Groceriors – Fruits, Vegetable and Milk, etc. The official Portal of Jan Sahayak App is www.jansahayak.in (Govt. of Haryana).

Help Me App Mobile App is developed by OfBusiness Company. The Official Launch of App was announced on 25 April 2020 at the CM Meeting with official on the COVID-19 Lockdown.

हरियाणा को डिजिटल्ट्रेक पर ले जाने के लिए एक कदम आगे बढ़ाते हुए आज हरियाणा के सीएम  मनोहर लाल खट्टर ने जनसहायक ( हेल्प मी) मोबाइल ऐप को लांच किया है|

इस एप्लिकेशन के जरिए आम जन राशन, टेलीमेडिसिन बैंक में जाने के लिए अपॉइंटमेंट और नगद राशि को अपने घर पर प्राप्त करने जैसी विभिन्न सुविधाओं का लाभ ले सकते हैं| मुख्यमंत्री के अतिरिक्त प्रधान सचिव उमाशंकर ने बताया कि ऐप एंड्राइड प्ले स्टोर पर उपलब्ध है और यह हिंदी और अंग्रेजी दोनों भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है| यह एक जीपीएस है इसका उद्देश्य हर व्यक्ति को समय पर आपसे सहायता प्रदान कर ना है|

To get the services launch by CM, Haryana – You need to download official Mobile App (Jan Sahayak Help Me App) from the Google Play Store. (.APK is also available – if your are not able to install the App). For the iOS/ iPhone App is not yet developed.

Registration Process

STEP 1: Download the “Jan Sashayak Help Me App” from Google Play Store. (Direct Link is given below)

STEP 2: Choose your Language “Hindi or English” as per of your choice.

STEP 3: Enter your Mobile Number – You will get the OTP Verification Code.

STEP 4: Enter your name and OTP (Received) – In case you have not got SMS/ OTP Code. Please contact Customer Care. Also, check your Mobile Network.

STEP 5: After the successful OTP Verification, your account is created on the Jan Sahayak App. Now, you can request services.

Note: If you are not from Haryana State, then these services will not be available for you. This app uses GPS location to provide the services. Also, in may of the service, you hve to enter the Aadhaar Card No.
