Print and preserve 2 copies of the registration form filled online along with the following documents compulsorily with you:

1. NEET 2020 Score Card (Download it from official website www.ntaneet.nic.in)

3. Mark sheet of 10 + 2 (senior school certificate examination) or its equivalent
4. Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class mark sheet/certificate or any other equivalent certificate showing the date of birth

6. Certificate/ Document providing your eligibility as selected by you at the time of filling on-line registration form- (I to XII) – as given under serial 3 in the information booklet

8. Valid Caste Certificate, sub-category certificate, if applicable

Additional documents for candidates applying for NRI seats

15. Certificate in the prescribed proforma (available on the respective college website) on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- by father/mother / guardian certifying the contents of the registration/application form
16. Duly notarized Undertaking in the prescribed proforma (available on the respective college website)by NRI father/mother / guardian, along with valid NRI status document. NRI undertaking must have been issued on or after date of NEET 2020 examination

a) 15% of the seats in Govt. Colleges will be reserved in MBBS/BDS Course to be filled up on all India basis conducted by DGHS.
b) 24 seats, 4 in each State Medical College (6 Govt. colleges) of Rajasthan of MBBS Course will be reserved for candidates selected under the Central Government pool. The Central Government Authority will fill up these seats.

Note: – The remaining seats shall be treated as the State Seats and will be filled up on merit cum- preference in Rajasthan MBBS & BDS Admissions 2020 with following reservations: –

c) (i) 16% seats, after excluding the seats of sub- clause (a), (b) above are reserved for natural born (not adopted) candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste as notified in the Presidential Order for the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill conditions as laid down in Clause-1. Not less than 25% out of the above-reserved seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Schedule Caste.

(ii) 12% seats, after excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) above are reserved for natural born (not adopted) candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe as notified in the Presidential Order for the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill conditions as laid down in Clause-1. Not less than 25% out of the above reserved seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Schedule Tribe.

45% of ST seats are to be for ST candidates who are bonafide residents of scheduled area (tribal area), not less than 25% out of the these seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Scheduled area (tribal area).

(iii) 21% seats, after excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) above are reserved for those belonging to Other Backward Classes NCL as notified in the Presidential Order for the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill conditions as laid down in Clause-1. Not less than 25%, out of the above reserved seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes. Candidate must submit OBC Certificate issued by competent authority in Rajasthan State (issued on or after 15.07.2016 and clearly indicating ‘Non Creamy Layer).

Note: The candidates from Jat community from Bharatpur and Dholpur are not considered under OBC NCL category.

d) 1% seats (in Government colleges) after excluding the seats of sub clauses (a), (b) are reserved on priority cum merit for the natural born (not adopted) sons/daughters of Defence personnel (serving / retired) of Rajasthan Origin, and para military personnel (serving / retired) of Rajasthan origin, horizontally. 50% out of these reserved seats shall be reserved for girls, unfilled seats will be reverted back to boys category.

As per the Kendriya Sainik Kalyan Board, the defence seat is admissible for only one member of the family. Only wards of Defence Personnel from Army, Air Force & Navy from serial 1 to 4 below are eligible for the scheme.

Priority order for Defence personnel of Rajasthan origin, in consultation with Director, State Soldier Welfare Board Rajasthan, will be as follows:-

1. Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel killed in action. (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)
2. Wards of those Disabled in action and boarded out from service/died while in service with death attributable to military service / disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to military service. (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)
3. Widows/Wards of Gallantry Award winners. (Certificate Proforma 2C)
4. Widows/wards of ex-service men. (Certificate Proforma 2B)

As per the Kendriya Sainik Kalyan Board, the para-military seat is admissible for only one member of the family. Only wards of Para-military personnel from serial 1 to 7 below are eligible for the scheme.

Priority order for Para-military personnel of Rajasthan origin, in consultation with Director, State Soldier Welfare Board Rajasthan, will be as follows:-

1. Widows/ Wards of defence personnel killed in action (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)
2. Wards of personnel disabled in action and boarded out from service (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)
3. Widows/ Wards of defence personnel who died while in service with death attributable to military Services. (Certifícate Proforma 1 and 2A)
4. Wards of those disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to military services (Certifícate Proforma 1 and 2A)
5. Wards of Ex-servicemen and serving personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Award (Certifícate Proforma 2B and 2C)
6. Wards of Ex-servicemen (Certifícate Proforma 2B)
7. Wards of serving personnel

e) 5% seats out of each category of 16% (SC), 12% (ST), 21% (OBC), 10% EWS and remaining General Category shall be further reserved on Merit-cum-Priority in each category horizontally for DISABLED candidates having permanent disability as per MCI and Govt. of Rajasthan rules. The Certificate regarding permanent Physical Disability including the percentage, issued by a Medical Board of Govt. Medical Colleges duly constituted by the Central/State government will only be considered. The UG Admission Board will finally verify the certificate of disability by a Medical Board at the time of physical verification. (Certificate Proforma 5)
