Dear Sir, I paid my credit card payment on 10-11-2020 at 8:44 am vide UTR no. More than 90 hours have passed but amount is not credited/reflecting in credit card account. The due date has passed and bank people deny any payment received from CRED. Above all your poor customer care services have Harassed me mentally. Kindly look into the matter else i would Go to consumer court to seek relief for the mental stress
